These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the general conditions for the sale of Baião in Lisboa Festival tickets at www.espacobaiao.com;

4. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
​
ALL TICKETS FROM THE 2021 POSTPONED EDITION THAT WERE NOT EXCHANGED AND USED IN THE JUNE 2022 EDITION ARE VALID FOR THE DECEMBER 2022 EDITION.
​
NOT BEING ABLE TO ATTEND EITHER OF THE TWO DATES THE TICKET CAN BE SOLD TO ANOTHER PERSON ON THE OFFICIAL PAGE WWW.ESPACOBAIAO.COM/FORUM .

THE BAIÃO IN LISBOA FESTIVAL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TICKETS SOLD/EXCHANGED THAT DO NOT FOLLOW THE EXCHANGE GUIDELINES.

BY CHOOSING TO COME TO THE JUNE EDITION AND NOT ATTENDING, THE FESTIVAL TICKET IS GIVEN AS VALIDATED AND CANNOT BE USED IN THE DECEMBER EDITION.

NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED.

6. LIABILITY
​
All content and prices described and presented on the website are the responsibility of the Event Promoter, being able to:
- Be modified at any time, and without notice;
- Be outdated or contain errors.

In case of improper or abusive behavior towards anyone present in the event, regardless of the applicable legal procedure, the organization team has the right to ask this person to leave;
​
The event is not responsible for personal property that is not left in the event cloakroom (if applicable).

7. PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY

We do not share client's personal information with companies, organisations, or individuals outside of Baião in Lisboa Festival entity.

User data is protected and their processing will be for the sole use of festival statistics.

Becoming a member of the association and participating in the social activity - Baião in Lisboa Festival, I declare, for legal purposes, that I authorize the use of the photographs and images taken during the activities promoted by the festival's official photographers. Such images and photographs may be used in connection with any advertising initiative or action promoted by Baião in Lisboa Festival, waiving any rights or compensation that may result from this use. Photographs can be reproduced in whole or in part on any medium (paper, digital, magnetic, cloth, plastic, etc.) and integrated into any other material (photography, drawing, illustration, painting, video, animation, etc.). ) known or that may exist. Images or video taken may also be used for any advertising or promotional purpose arising from the action of the Association.

8. CONTINGENCY PLAN (SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19)
​
Contingency plan and action to prevent the transmission of human infection by coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19) at Baião in Lisboa Festival considering the current state of emergency of Public Health, declared by the World Health Organization, and in view of the most recent evolution of the spread of infection due to respiratory disease caused by the Coronavirus agent (SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19), having as a reference the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO), Espaço Baião elaborated an Internal Contingency Plan for SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19.

EXTRAORDINARY SAFETY MEASURES (SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19) DECEMBER 2021
All participants, teachers and friends of Espaço Baião participating in the social activities of the Baião in Lisbon Festival, must follow the following safety, hygiene and respiratory etiquette measures.
On the 25th of November, the Portuguese Government has informed that, starting December 1st, Portugal is considered in the state of calamity and therefore having new rules to prevent Covid-19 infections.
Of the new rules, applied to all national territory and communicated by the Council of Ministers, we'd like to highlight the following changes:
It is mandatory to present the EU COVID Digital Certificate when accessing:
• Tourist establishments and places of accommodation;
• Restaurants and similar businesses (it doesn't apply to the permanence at open esplanades or terraces);
• Events with reserved seats;
• Gymnasiums.
• It is mandatory to present a negative test (even for the vaccinated people) when accessing:
• Large scale events without reserved seats, sporting or improvised venues;
• Clubs and disco.
- For traveling purposes there are additional testing procedures required, such as:
• Requirement, for all flights to mainland Portugal, to present the EU COVID Digital Certificate in the form of a test certificate or proof of a negative test (nucleic acid amplification test or rapid antigen test) carried out 48 hours prior to boarding time;
Face mask usage is mandatory in:
• Commercial areas, establishments and equipment or services provided, regardless of their settlement;
• Public buildings or of public use whenever there are services provided to an audience;
In Portugal, all tests are FREE and available in pharmacies and testing centers for both NACIONAL CITIZENS and FOREIGNERS, upon prior schedule or walk thru.
